Savvy Marketers LLC conducted quantitative and qualitative research among Black, Hispanic, Latino, Caucasian, and Asian Americans, to understand the


perceptions and impressions of JPMorgan Chase.  The research was used as part of JPMC’s $30 billion Racial


Equity Commitment campaign.


Based on the research, nationwide campaigns were launched to build positive brand awareness and establish JPMorgan Chase as the leading bank that is focused on making a difference.  This effort aimed not only to enhance the lives of their current customers but also to impact the communities they serve.
